Use the article and one other independent source for evidence to support your thesis. Remember do not use the words "I will" in your thesis,just state what your essay will be about. Outline your essay first. Take notes as you read. Gather  relevant information from both sources(the article and the internet) integrate the information while avoiding plagiarism. Use the internet for information on covid-19. Look for information on social and economic effects.
Include an introduction taken from the task.
